When do you ship? Monday–Wednesday from Missouri to avoid weekend delays.
Shipping carriers? USPS Priority (default) UPS 2nd Day upgrades are available at checkout.
Live arrival guidance: Minor cosmetic stress is normal. If something seems off on arrival, contact me within 4 hours with photos/video of box, packing, and plant.
What about Winter/Summer weather? Use heat/cool packs when needed (listed seasonally)
Where do your plants come from? Most all of our inventory is grown out from tissue culture or propagated from our personal mother plants! Shoot us a message on specific listings!
